What days will you not be shipping out this holiday season?
WOrders placed Friday, December 23, 2011 - Monday, December 26, 2011 will ship out on Tuesday, December 27, 2011.  Orders placed Friday, December 30, 2011 - Monday January 2, 2012 will ship out on Tuesday, January 3, 2012.
How do I order?
When you find an item you like, click on "Add to Cart". Be sure to note whole bean or ground. Like a real shopping cart, you can continue to add and remove items at will. When you are ready to make a purchase, click on "My Cart" from the top menu. This will transport you to a secure part of the web server.
Is my order secure?
Yes! As soon as you hit "My Cart", you will be transported to the secure part of our server. The secure server utilizes Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and is considered the industry standard. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
What is the shipping charge?
Shipping charges are calculated based on order amount and shipping method selected. Orders over $50.00 currently receive FREE shipping via UPS Ground or USPS - Priority Mail. This offer maybe pulled at any time without notification.
Can I order by phone?
We do not take orders over the phone at this time.  All orders will need to be placed on the ALTERRA COFFEE ROASTERS website.
Why haven't I received my order?
If seven business days go by and you have not received your order, please call us immediately toll-free at 1.877.667.5859, or fill out the Contact Us Form.
