Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of placement (orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped the following business day). If you choose an expedited shipping method (Next-Day Air or Second-Day Air) please note that your order will be filled within 24-48 hours of it being placed. If you select an expedited shipping method and your package is shipped over a weekend, note that the weekend will add additional length to the total shipping time.

We use the carrier's rates to calculate shipping costs and do not levy additional charges. Please note that orders over $50 (pre-tax, pre-S&H) qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground.

Return Policy
If any one of our products fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product.* We strive to provide excellent customer service and will do whatever we can to ensure that you're satisfied. *Note: Although we accurately grind espresso and Turkish coffee, the dynamic nature of these preparation methods do not enable us to create exact grind profiles. Therefore we cannot accept returns on either espresso-ground or Turkish-ground coffee.
